  •  Place in a baking dish. Combine the sofrito and chimichurri sauce (set a side 1 spoon of chimichurri sauce for the end) pour over salmon./ Coloque en un plato para hornear. Combine el sofrito y salsa chimichurri (establecido un lado 1 cucharada de salsa chimichurri para el final) verter sobre el salmón.
  • Cover and bake at 425° for 15 or until fish flakes easily with a fork, uncover and let it cook until is nice and golden./ Tapar y hornear a 425 º durante 15 o hasta que el pescado se desmenuce fácilmente con un tenedor, destapar y dejar cocer hasta que está muy bien y dorado.
